Full Body Workout (english)

This class is dedicated to our international students and everyone who is ready for a full body workout with instructions in english.
During this 30-minute full body workout you?ll be lead through a series of exercises to work on your arms, shoulders, back, abs, glutes and legs.
Since we will mainly be working with bodyweight exercises there?s not much equipment needed; a mat, a towel and (occasionally) two water bottles as weights are sufficient.
